Job Description
The Vice President Operations will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of our metering services. This position requires a strategic leader who can ensure efficient operations while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals stationed across Nigeria, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for professional development.
Project Management: Oversee large-scale metering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Strategic Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in meter installation, maintenance, and customer service.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers. Ensure required Regulatory filings are done on time.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with national regulations and international best practices. Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in meter provisioning and customer service.
Financial Oversight: Manage operational budget and resources effectively. Provide regular reports on operational performance and financial metrics to the executive team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the energy sector, particularly in electricity metering or related fields is preferred. Working knowledge of the Nigerian Financial landscape is required.
Strong understanding of Nigerian electricity regulations and metering policies.
Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Electronics Engineer with a focus on hardware development for smart meters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technologies and standards prevalent in the smart metering industry in Nigeria and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Development (Architecture, Schematic and PCB layout): Design and develop analog and digital hardware components (voltage sensors, current transformers, microcontrollers, memory, display, communication modules, tamper detection, connectivity, ac-dc power electronics, battery design) for smart meters, including microcontroller-based systems and sensor integration. Test and validate hardware designs to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Firmware Development: Have a basic understanding of firmware and microcontroller integration including data collection and communication protocols. Work closely with software engineers to help drive requirements, streamline tests, and troubleshoot firmware.
Technology Research and Implementation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in smart metering and assess their applicability to current and future projects. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop intellectual property and integrate new technologies into smart meter designs.
Standards and Compliance: Ensure that all designs and developments comply with national and international standards relevant to smart metering in Nigeria and Africa. Work with quality assurance teams to certify meters for market readiness.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop integrated smart metering solutions—Liaise with external partners, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports. Provide regular updates on project progress and technical challenges.
Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in hardware development (architecture, schematic, PCB layout) preferably in the smart metering or related industry.
Familiarity with microcontroller programming, embedded systems, and IoT technologies.
Familiarity with communication protocols used in smart meters (e.g., Zigbee, Wi-Fi, GSM, GSM/3G/4G/LTE, PLC, BLE, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, RF Mesh Network, Modbus, and DLMS/COSEM).
Understanding of the regulatory environment and standardization in the Nigerian and African smart metering sector.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing Anietronic’s metering projects with BEDC (Edo, Ekiti, Delta and Ogun States), ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, fluent in both local dialects and English, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities from technical coordination to promoting Anietronic’s meters in the BEDC market.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations & Market Expertise: Ensure an excellent customer experience for both BEDC and their end customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution. Develop a deep understanding of BEDC’s operational environment and market dynamics, building strong relationships with BEDC staff at all levels, from technical teams to management.
Inventory & Resource Management: Manage inventory levels of meters and installation materials, ensuring proper tracking, availability, and reordering when necessary. Maintain operational flow without delays by coordinating resource needs with installers and internal teams.
Project Coordination & Installer Management: Oversee the coordination of meter installation projects, working closely with installers to ensure timely, accurate, and safe installation of meters. Job Description
The Financial Advisor will be responsible for managing the company’s financial planning and strategies, including securing loans for the execution of metering contracts, and ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) processes for fund repatriation and forex transfers. The successful candidate should be proficient in using cloud-based accounting systems such as Xero and have a comprehensive understanding of the Nigerian financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and project execution. Analyze financial performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to ensure profitability and sustainability. Participates in accounts' reconciliation. Creation and enforcement of financial processes.
Loan Acquisition & Financing: Secure funding for metering contracts through partnerships with banks and other financial institutions. Manage loan applications, negotiate terms, and ensure timely disbursement of funds to support project timelines.
Cloud-based Financial Reporting: Manage financial reporting and accounting functions using Xero or other cloud-based software. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, forecasts, and budget reports in compliance with accounting standards.
CBN Processes & Forex Management: Oversee processes related to foreign exchange (forex) transactions, fund repatriation, and compliance with CBN regulations. Ensure smooth execution of forex transfers and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and mitigate financial risks. Develop strategies for optimal capital allocation and risk management to safeguard the company’s financial health.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, or ICAN) is preferred.
At least 5 years’ experience in financial advisory, banking, or corporate finance, with a focus on the energy or infrastructure sectors in Nigeria.
Proficiency in Xero or other cloud-based accounting and financial reporting software, with a solid understanding of financial management principles.
Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s financial sector, including experience with securing loans, managing bank relationships, and navigating regulatory processes.
In-depth understanding of CBN processes related to fund repatriation, foreign exchange (forex) transfers, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
