Anietronic Limited is a leading Meter Assets Provider (MAP) in Nigeria, focused on delivering reliable and innovative metering solutions to electricity distribution companies and their customers. We are seeking a driven, customer-obsessed Project Manager to manage our operations with Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC), ensuring smooth coordination between Anietronic, AEDC, and end customers.
Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing Anietronic’s metering projects with AEDC (Abuja, Niger, Kogi and Nassarawa States), ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, fluent in both Local dialects and English, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities from technical coordination to promoting Anietronic’s meters in the AEDC market.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations & Market Expertise: Ensure an excellent customer experience for both AEDC and their end customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution. Develop a deep understanding of AEDC’s operational environment and market dynamics, building strong relationships with AEDC staff at all levels, from technical teams to management.
Inventory & Resource Management: Manage inventory levels of meters and installation materials, ensuring proper tracking, availability, and reordering when necessary. Maintain operational flow without delays by coordinating resource needs with installers and internal teams.
Project Coordination & Installer Management: Oversee the coordination of meter installation projects, working closely with installers to ensure timely, accurate, and safe installation of meters. Monitor installer performance, ensuring compliance with AEDC’s expectations and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process.
Bilingual Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively in both Hausa and English, facilitating meetings, briefings, and interactions with diverse stakeholders. Ensure clear and efficient communication across all levels, from technical staff to senior management, to keep all parties aligned with project goals.
Reporting, Promotion & Marketing: Provide regular project updates to Anietronic’s leadership, including status reports on installations, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with AEDC’s sales and marketing teams to promote Anietronic’s meters, articulating their benefits and driving awareness and sales in the market.
Qualifications
HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally within the energy or utilities sector.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, with a strong understanding of the AEDC market and operational practices.
Fluent in both Local dialects and English, with excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with both technical teams and managerial staff.
Experience in coordinating large-scale projects, including overseeing technical teams and managing inventory and resource logistics.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion while working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
